Welcome to FDU Library News, the blog of the Fairleigh Dickinson University Library. We created this site, launched in Spring 2008, to share news and information from the FDU Library with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and with others who may be interested in library news. This blog gives us a chance to make announcements and publicize library information in a more timely manner. It also allows our readers to engage with the library in conversations about library resources, programs and services. We encourage you to read our posts and comment on them (see posting policy below).

About the Library

The University Library serves a student population of over 12,000 students on two campuses in the U.S., the College at Florham and the Metropolitan Campus. We offer fully developed, physical libraries on each of these campuses plus three smaller facilities, a Business Research Library in Dickinson Hall, a study facility in the Edward Williams Building, and the North Jersey Heritage Center and archives, all on the Hackensack side of the Metropolitan campus. A reading room is installed at the Wroxton campus in England, and a resource center is available on the new Vancouver campus. Visit us at http://library.fdu.edu/.
